A boxed set of six matching vintage or antique cutlery pieces, likely intended as fruit or dessert knives. Each utensil features a slender, curved silver-toned metal blade and a smooth, cream-colored handle, characteristic of early celluloid or similar ivory substitutes used in the late 19th or early 20th century. The knives are housed in their original hinged presentation case. The exterior of the case features a textured, maroon/burgundy simulated leather finish. The interior of the box is divided, with the six knives secured in fitted slots lined with deep red velvet. The accompanying compartment is lined with gathered cream-colored satin.
