The design features gold and white mirroring accented by yellow and red text. Inscriptions include the central slogan DELICIOUS Coca-Cola, along with THE MOST REFRESHING DRINK IN THE WORLD, SOLD AT DRUGSTORES, and the price point 5¢. An inset image on the right depicts a portrait of a woman in period dress, commonly identified as Hilda Clark, holding a miniature bottle of Coca-Cola. The sign is backed with a fiberboard or MDF panel.
