The wheel features a solid, thick outer rim connected to a substantial central hub by 12 uniform spokes. The central hub is cast with raised radial decorative elements. The item has been recently refurbished and coated in a semi-gloss black paint finish. No manufacturer markings or inscriptions are visible beneath the paint layer.
