A ceramic vessel, likely a pot or jar, with a squat, bulbous form and an inward-sloping rim featuring an internal channel, consistent with a tobacco jar or humidor. It is finished with a glossy, variegated glaze exhibiting mottled dark blue, black, brown, and caramel tones, suggestive of studio pottery or folk art. The interior and underside reveal a lighter, unglazed or lightly glazed tan ceramic. The base is impressed with the numeral ‘1’ and has a white circular sticker bearing ‘585’.
