A Moroccan silver-plated teapot, exhibiting a bulbous body, a tall tapered spout, and a C-scroll handle. It features a hinged, domed lid topped with a tiered spire finial, and stands on three ornate, possibly zoomorphic, feet. The main body is elaborately decorated with chased or embossed floral and foliate patterns. Constructed from a silver-toned metal, evidenced by visible yellowish wear in areas, particularly on the underside, suggesting silver-plating over a base metal. A circular mark on the underside displays the text “DAR ENSER” in Latin script, with the Arabic “دار أنصر” (Dar Anser) above it, and an emblem depicting an eagle holding a shield or structure below.
