A 925 silver necklace featuring a substantial, oval locket-style pendant suspended from a rope chain. The pendant exhibits a contemporary Celtic revival style, with one side intricately decorated with a raised, interwoven Celtic knotwork design. The reverse side is engraved with the full text of “The Irish Blessing”: “May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. The rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again. May God hold you In the hollow Of his hand.” A small, clear round stone is set into the bail connecting the pendant to the chain.
