A statuette titled ‘The Owyhee’ by Christopher A. Pardell, from the Legacy Collection, dated 1989. This late 20th-century figurative statuette is crafted from bronze or a bronze-finished resin and mounted on a polished dark wood base. The piece depicts a male winged figure, possibly an eagle shaman or mythical being, captured in a dynamic, ascending pose. The figure wears an eagle-head headdress, a necklace, and a loincloth, and stands on a textured rock-like formation which forms part of the sculptural base.
Approximately 18 cm (7 inches) in height.
