It is hinged and includes a bail for suspension. The second item is an adjustable 925 silver ring, set with a coin depicting a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin is encircled by the inscription ‘ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA F:D:’, which translates to “By the Grace of God, Queen, Defender of the Faith.”
