Buyer's premium:

A cased set of three graduated brass bell weights, likely dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. The weights are presented within an open, rectangular carrying case constructed of dark brown, distressed leather with brass-toned hardware, including two latch mechanisms and a small leather strap on the interior right side. The interior of the case is lined with dark velvet or felt. The three weights are made of patinated brass or bronze, each featuring a handle-top design and a truncated cone shape, secured within individual fitted compartments by small wooden blocks and pivoted metal retaining clips. Visible text on the largest weight reads “BOROUGH OF HYDE,” and a faint crown-like stamp is also present on its upper body. A partial number “6” is faintly visible on the bottom interior flap of the case.
