A set of seven ceramic serving pieces by Lissolware, Keeling & Co Ltd., Burslem, Made in England, featuring a gold Greek key (meander) pattern. Each piece is decorated with a prominent gold Greek key pattern encircling the rim on a white ground. The lot comprises one large oval platter, one smaller oval platter, and five round plates. The underside of one plate displays a black printed manufacturer’s mark that reads ‘Lissolware’ in a script font, followed by ‘KEELING & Co Ltd’, ‘BURSLEM’, and ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’, alongside a small castle crest. Additional handwritten numerical markings, ‘B-214’ and ‘214 F’, are also visible on the base.
The large oval platter measures approximately 14 inches (35.5 cm) in length by 10.5 inches (26.5 cm) in width.
