A Great Britain 1937 George VI & Queen Elizabeth Coronation Silver Medal. This circular, dual-sided commemorative medal is crafted from a silver-toned metal. The obverse features a crowned female bust facing left, encircled by the inscription “QUEEN ELIZABETH” and “12 MAY 1937”. The reverse depicts a crowned male bust, also facing left, with the inscription “GEORGE VI CROWNED” and “12 MAY 1937”. Both sides include the initials “P.M.” near the base of the bust.
