Lot 147: A Regency Style Blue Porcelain Figural Urn-Form Table Lamp

The base is extensively decorated with gilt, including floral motifs and two prominent oval cartouches, each depicting a multi-figure classical or genre scene. It is fitted with two decorative gilt-finished metal handles and stands on a rounded, possibly wooden or gilded, plinth. The lamp is topped with a cream-colored textile lampshade of a scalloped form, embellished with a braided gold-tone trim and a decorative fringe of small beads. The lamp fitting displays the text “5100 MAX”. The overall style suggests a decorative piece, likely from the late 19th or early 20th century.
