The lot comprises a large, L-shaped jig or measuring device constructed from dark, heavily distressed wood, exhibiting significant surface wear, chipping, and a dry, aged appearance. Integrated into the base of this wooden structure is a substantial rectangular metal block, visibly etched or scratched with the inscription “FLAT BENCH.” The accompanying engineer’s square is made of metal, likely steel, featuring standard imperial (inches) and metric (centimeters/millimeters) measurements. Both items are in a used condition, showing clear signs of age and prior workshop use.
