A collection of 11 Wade Red Rose Tea animal figurines, commonly known as ‘Whimsies’. Each figurine is crafted from glazed ceramic, primarily in earthy tones of brown, tan, cream, with some minor accents of grey or black. The stylized figures depict a variety of creatures including a rabbit, pelican, fawn, two different dogs, a bear-like animal, a cat, a horse, a hedgehog, two fish, and a bird. Several pieces clearly display ‘WADE ENGLAND’ and ‘WADE’ embossed on their bases, indicating the manufacturer’s mark.
