A Wedgwood speckled glass mushroom paperweight. This modern or contemporary art glass decorative object is crafted entirely from glass in the form of a mushroom. It features a broad, domed cap with a mottled, dark brown and beige/amber pattern resembling a tortoise shell or animal print, which transitions to a solid lighter beige/light brown tapered stem. A white label bearing the handwritten inscription ‘8 Wien Moldau’ is adhered to the polished pontil mark on the underside of the stem.
