A 2011 Tristan da Cunha Prince William and Catherine Middleton Royal Wedding Commemorative coin, struck in five ounces of solid sterling silver with proof minting and a limited mintage of 499. The large, 65mm diameter coin is housed within a clear protective capsule, presented in a red-stained wooden box with a black velvet interior. It is accompanied by an informational booklet serving as a Certificate of Ownership & Authenticity. The obverse features a royal coat of arms flanked by lions and surmounted by a crown, encircled by the inscription “VIVAT PRINCE WILLIAM & CATHERINE MIDDLETON” and the denomination “TEN POUNDS.” The reverse, partially visible on the accompanying booklet, displays a profile of Queen Elizabeth II with “ELIZABETH II D.G. REG. F.D.” and the year “2011.”
