Description
An Arthur Price of England R.M.S. Titanic First Class commemorative cutlery set, copyrighted ©1994 by Victory Products. The set is presented in a dark blue, textured box, the lid of which prominently displays the “WHITE STAR LINE” logo, “R.M.S. TITANIC” in gold lettering, two royal crests/warrants (“BY APPOINTMENT TO HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II” and “BY APPOINTMENT TO HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS THE PRINCE OF WALES”), and “Arthur Price of England, Master Cutlers and Silversmiths since 1902.” The interior of the box is lined with a dark reddish-purple satin-like fabric. Included within the box are a rolled, parchment-like document tied with twine, and an informational card stating “R.M.S. TITANIC 1912” and explicitly describing the contents as “faithfully reproduce[d]” 1st class silverware. The set contains two silver-colored metal cutlery pieces, a fork and a spoon, each individually sealed in clear plastic.
