A Sterling Silver Ingot Pendant, hallmarked Birmingham 1977. Crafted from 925 silver, this small, rectangular pendant features a simple bail at its apex. The front is stamped with four vertical hallmarks: a maker’s mark appearing as initials such as ‘AC’ or ‘AO’ above numbers like ’49’ or ’99’; followed by a crown or rose emblem; then a clear lion passant, confirming sterling silver; and finally, a capital letter ‘B’ within a shield, indicating the Birmingham assay office and the year 1977. The reverse surface is plain.
