The figure is elaborately costumed in a vibrant red satin-like fabric with extensive gold floral and foliate patterns. Adornments include multiple strands of faux white and pink/purple pearl beads around the neck and waist, a complex beaded headdress, and black braided sleeves with yellow tassels. The puppet is manipulated by red strings attached to a red-painted wooden crossbar.
