A circulated Bank of England Ten Pounds paper banknote, identified as the Florence Nightingale series. The obverse features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a crown and regal attire, displaying the denomination “£10” twice, the serial number “CX50 392351”, the signature of Chief Cashier D.H.F. Somerset, and the text “BANK OF ENGLAND” with the promise “I PROMISE TO PAY THE BEARER ON DEMAND THE SUM OF TEN POUNDS”.
