Lot 160: A Three-Piece Vintage English Glazed Ceramic Strawberry Serving Set

A three-piece glazed ceramic dessert or fruit serving set, comprising a large footed bowl, a smaller divided serving dish, and two matching spoons. The set is styled with molded relief decoration featuring strawberry plants, red strawberries, yellow berries, and purple berries. The spoons have green stem-like handles and pink bowls. All pieces are predominantly pink, white, and green with red, yellow, and purple accents. The undersides of both the large bowl and the smaller dish are marked with an impressed ‘ENGLAND’ and a brown oval stamp indicating ‘HANDPAINTED’ and ‘MADE IN ENGLAND.’ Additional green and yellow marks or numbers are also present on the undersides.
