Buyer's premium:

A late 20th-century Wedgwood Beatrix Potter Peter Rabbit ceramic bowl, featuring a central illustration of Peter Rabbit with a spade and a robin, encircled by text from Beatrix Potter’s story: “But Peter, who was very naughty, ran straight to Mr. McGregor’s garden. He ate some lettuces and some French beans; and then he ate some radishes.” The reverse is marked “THE WORLD OF PETER RABBIT”, “PETER RABBIT™”, “© Frederick Warne & Co. 1993”, “WEDGWOOD®”, and “Made in England”, along with a handwritten “LL”. Accompanying this is an anthropomorphic frog figurine, appearing to be resin or a composite material, portraying a frog in clothing seated on a lily pad within a sculpted pond, mounted on a polished round wooden base. A label on the base identifies it as “MR. JEREMY FISHER” from the “Border Fine Arts Studio Sculptures The Beatrix Potter Series”, “Hand crafted in Scotland”, and dated “© FW&Co 1989”.
