A Merrythought sterling silver bear brooch, crafted from hallmarked silver-colored metal, featuring a three-dimensional teddy bear with a bow detail, affixed to a horizontal bar. The reverse includes a pin closure. It is presented in its original dark blue hinged box with a cream satin lid lining and a deep blue velvet base. The satin lining displays the Merrythought logo and text “MAKING WISHES COME TRUE” and “HALLMARKED ENGLISH SILVER”. Multiple distinct British hallmarks, indicating sterling silver, are clearly visible on the reverse of the brooch’s horizontal bar.
