A collection of vintage Private Eye satirical magazines, primarily housed within a cardboard box marked “WILTSHIRE EST. FARM 1991 FOODS.” The visible covers, made of printed paper, feature prominent headlines such as “IT’S THE DREAM TICKET!” with caricatures of two male politicians, “MAGGIE’S BACK!” depicting Margaret Thatcher, and other titles including “WAR SPECIAL, ” “MASS, ” and “INVESTIGATE LOCAL.” Small speech bubbles on the covers contain English text, for example, “I’m always helping!” and “Are you SURE you haven’t swallowed it?” The periodicals appear to be from the late 20th century.
