A collection of antique photographic equipment, centered around a late 19th or early 20th-century wooden field or plate camera. The camera features a leather handle, brass fittings, and an internal lens assembly. Accompanying the camera are a loose square-mounted lens, three wooden double plate holders with brass corner reinforcements and small silver-toned escutcheons, and several dark metal sheets appearing to be photographic plates or dark slides. A small, dark red fabric-covered box is also included, bearing the partially legible inscription “THE IMPERIAL HANDICAP CAMERA”. The items are predominantly crafted from polished wood, brass, leather, and metal.
