Description
A Vintage 1940’s Green & Brown Bourne Denby Stoneware Jug. This two-tone glazed ceramic jug features a reddish-brown upper body and handle, transitioning to a dark green lower half, separated by a thin light band. The interior is a muted brown, and the unglazed base reveals a light buff clay. The base is stamped with a diamond-shaped mark containing “BOURNE,” “MADE IN ENGLAND,” and “DENBY,” confirming its manufacture by Denby Pottery in England. A handwritten mark “X 115” is also present on the base.
