Lot 64: A Pair of Royal Winton and Kensington-Ware Art Deco Ceramic Pitchers

This lot comprises two glazed ceramic pitchers. The pitcher on the left is by Royal Winton, featuring an iridescent pink glaze adorned with a large hand-painted pink rose and foliage, finished with a gold rim accent; its base is clearly marked “Royal Winton GRIMWADES MADE IN ENGLAND”. The pitcher on the right is a Kensington-Ware Art Deco example, exhibiting a vertically ribbed body in a variegated pink finish, decorated with hand-painted yellow and green floral motifs, and distinguished by a geometric, lightning-bolt-shaped handle; its base bears a partially obscured “KENSINGTON” mark.
The taller pitcher measures approximately 10.5 inches (26.5 cm) in height.
