Lot 49: A Bulk Lot of Mixed World Coins, with Two Metal Containers

A substantial bulk lot of mixed-denomination world coins, predominantly composed of copper, bronze, brass, and various silver-colored base metals. Many coins feature portraits of monarchs, including Queen Elizabeth II, and bear Latin inscriptions such as “ELIZABETH II D G REG F D” and “DEI GRATIA REX,” indicating British or Commonwealth origin. Visible denominations include “ONE PENNY,” “NEW PENCE,” and “5 CENTS,” suggesting a period range primarily within the 20th century. The collection is partially contained within two small metal vessels: a circular, tarnished silver-colored locket-style box and a small, cylindrical brass-toned tin with a lid, all stored within a larger clear plastic container.
