A necklace featuring a silver-colored chain suspending a gold-toned coin pendant set within an open-work, silver-colored frame. The coin, dated 1946, displays a wren and the denomination “FARTHING” on one side. The reverse features a profile bust of a male, identified by the Latin inscription “GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX F:D:IND:IMP.” (George VI, By the Grace of God, King of All the Britains, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India).
