A circular, double-sided pendant or fob, featuring a historically significant British coin that has been colorfully enamelled and set into a silver-toned metal mount with a double suspension loop. The obverse displays an enamelled equestrian portrait of Queen Elizabeth II against a dark green ground, encircled by the Latin inscription “ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA BRITT OMN REGINA FIDEI DEFENSOR” (Elizabeth II, By the Grace of God, Queen of All Britain, Defender of the Faith) and the denomination “FIVE SHILLINGS” at the bottom, flanked by “E II R” monograms. The reverse features a central crown surrounded by four enamelled heraldic shields (including a harp and a lion rampant) and floral elements on a black ground.
