An Italian Zodiac Globe Bar Cabinet, vintage-style, featuring a large terrestrial globe mounted on a turned pedestal stand. The piece includes a lower circular shelf and casters for mobility. The exterior of the globe is decorated with a detailed world map, labeling continents such as “OCEANO PACIFICO,” “AMERICA,” “AFRICA,” “EUROPA,” “ASIA,” and “AUSTRALIA.” The globe opens on a hinge to reveal an internal bar compartment with multiple sections, lined with a burled wood veneer. The interior of the globe lid is adorned with depictions of constellations and zodiac signs including “TAURUS,” “GEMINI,” “CANCER,” and “LEO.” The rim surrounding the internal bar is decorated with further zodiac symbols and their corresponding Latin month names, from “1 IANUARIUS” through to “12 DECEMBER.” The lower shelf features a decorative inlaid design, possibly a compass rose.
