Lot 40: Antique Electrified Brass Carriage Lamp

An antique electrified carriage lamp, featuring a rectangular metal body, likely painted a dark color, topped with a conical cap and fitted with a prominent round, heavily tarnished brass-toned bezel enclosing a clear glass lens. An incandescent light bulb is visible inside the compartment. The lamp is supported by a metal mounting stem, with a rusted circular mounting plate at its base. The visible materials include painted metal, tarnished brass or similar alloy, steel for the mounting stem, and glass panels.
