Buyer's premium:

A group of four ancient metal artifacts, exhibiting significant age and environmental wear. The first item is a shield-shaped or trapezoidal object, likely a strap end or buckle component, crafted from a copper alloy with visible horizontal raised bands and a dark green-brown patina. Adjacent is an oval, flat, dark metal object, possibly iron or bronze, characterized by two central depressions that form a rudimentary facial feature; its surface is heavily corroded and pitted. The third object is a roughly circular, irregular disc, appearing to be made of lead or a similar low-grade alloy, with a prominent brown and blue-green patina; it features a central ornate design, possibly a stylized fleur-de-lis, surrounded by partially legible text including “SICIL” and “CAL,” potentially part of a Latin inscription such as “SIGILLUM” (meaning “seal”). The final piece is a small, dark, pear-shaped or conical object, likely bronze or iron, terminating in a small integral suspension loop at its apex, suggesting its use as a pendant or small weight.
