An ancient Roman Imperial bronze or copper alloy Follis of Valentinianus. The obverse features a right-facing portrait bust of the emperor, surrounded by the discernible Latin inscription “DN VALE…NTINIANVS P F AVG,” which translates to “Our Lord Valentinianus, Pious, Fortunate, Augustus.” The reverse displays a standing, draped or armored figure, possibly holding a standard or other attributes, flanked by two star-like motifs, with a largely illegible circumscription.
