A large, antique Holy Bible, likely dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. The dark leather or faux leather cover features intricate blind-stamped or embossed ornate scrolling designs with a central diamond-shaped motif. The spine bears gilt lettering reading “HOLY BIBLE”. Page edges are gilt, now dulled. Internal pages display English text, with “II. SAMUEL, XXIV.” visible.
