Lot 64: OHAUS Cased Precision Analytical Balance Scale with Comprehensive Weight Set

A precision analytical balance scale, enclosed within a polished dark wood and glass display case, set on a black base with brass leveling feet. The intricate balancing mechanism, central column, and two delicate weighing pans are constructed from brass-toned metal. The scale is accompanied by a comprehensive set of brass weights, including larger cylindrical weights, some marked “10g”, “20g”, and “50g”. Additionally, a velvet-lined wooden box contains numerous smaller, precision weights, some appearing gold-plated or gilded, with visible milligram denominations. A white label inside the case reads: “OHAUS (OVERWEIGHT) 160g CAPACITY 0.1mg SENSITIVITY.”
