The clipper is primarily constructed from polished metal, likely chrome-plated steel, featuring a two-handled, pincer-style design with a comb-like cutting head. It is presented in its original orange cardboard box, which is branded ‘The CHARD N°60B HAIR CLIPPER’ and reiterates the manufacturer details. The box also features an illustration of a clipper and a sailing ship with the text ‘CLIPPER BUILT’. An instruction sheet, printed in English and French and marked ‘AVIS’ and ‘IMPRIMÉ EN ANGLETERRE’, is partially visible within the box.
