A cased set of six sterling silver coffee spoons, assayed in Birmingham with the date letter ‘c’ for 1952/53, and bearing the maker’s mark ‘BB & S’ (Barker Brothers Silver Ltd.). Each spoon features an oval bowl, a shaped handle, and a spherical, textured finial. The set is presented in a black, textured case with gold-colored decorative tooling and brass-toned clasps, opening to a black velvet base and a white ruched satin-lined lid.
