A Late Victorian/Edwardian sterling silver and gold watch fob by William Hair Haseler. Crafted from sterling silver with a contrasting yellow-gold tone central plaque, the piece features an ornate, scrolling, heraldic shield design with openwork elements, topped by a functional bale. The central shield is engraved with the acronym “N.S.F.A.” alongside geometric triangular patterns. Visible hallmarks on the reverse include a British lion passant, an anchor for the Birmingham assay office, and a date letter.
