A pair of cased sets of antique silver-plated and ivorine fish knives and forks. Each set is housed in a rectangular, dark-stained wooden box with a hinged lid and an aged, dusty blue velvet lining. Each case contains twelve pieces of cutlery, comprising six knives and six forks. The cutlery features light-colored ivorine handles and silver-colored metal blades and tines, which display a subtle decorative border with a wavy pattern on one edge. A manufacturer’s mark, ‘W & G S F’ followed by an indistinct symbol, is visible on one blade.
