An Italian Bamboo and Rattan Coat Rack, circa 1950s-1960s. This freestanding coat rack is constructed from light-toned bamboo and rattan poles, featuring an organic, tree-like design with multiple upward-curving hooks for garments. The various elements are secured with natural fiber wrapping, creating a cohesive appearance. A small, dark, indecipherable rectangular label is visible on the central column. The design is characteristic of the period and is often associated with the ‘Manner of Franco Albini’.
