Each spoon features a plain bowl and a decorative handle, primarily twisted or fluted, terminating in various finials including a figural element and decorative crests. The set is presented in an oblong, hinged dark case with a vibrant green velvet or satin lining. Hallmarks visible on the reverse of one spoon’s bowl include a maker’s mark ‘L&S’, a crown, and a lion passant, confirming sterling silver.
