Buyer's premium:

A vintage enamelled pendant, crafted from a 1942 British Farthing coin. This circular, dual-sided piece is set within a reeded, silver-toned metal frame featuring two suspension loops. One side displays the coin’s “FARTHING” denomination and a wren bird motif, with these elements and the “1942” date highlighted in a gold tone against a light, cream-colored resin infill. The reverse side features a gold-toned profile bust of King George VI surrounded by the Latin inscription “GEORGIVS VI D. G. BR. OMN. REX F. D. IND. IMP.” (George VI, by the Grace of God, King of all Britons, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India), set against a dark, black resin infill. The item is shown next to a modern British Ten Pence coin for scale.
