A group of historical lead musket balls and projectiles, consistent with examples dating to the Civil War era or earlier conflicts. This collection comprises a multitude of small, heavily encrusted objects, predominantly spherical to ovoid, ranging in size from approximately 1 to 5 cm in diameter. The material appears to be a heavily oxidized or concreted metal, likely lead or iron, presenting a rough, pitted surface in shades of grey-brown to mottled whitish-grey. Notable forms include several donut-shaped pieces with central perforations, some exhibiting ribbed exteriors, as well as a flattened, ribbed oval object and numerous spherical items, some with visible casting seams or small holes. There are no discernible markings or text.
