A Texas Arrowhead. This bifacially flaked lithic artifact is crafted from a translucent to opaque stone, likely chert or flint, displaying a mottled light brown to yellowish-white coloration with some darker inclusions. It features a triangular form with a concave base and two distinct notches on its sides, typical of a stemmed or barbed design. Its surface exhibits characteristic conchoidal fractures and flake scars from flintknapping. White, somewhat powdery deposits or patination are visible on several surfaces.
