A miniature grand piano-shaped trinket box accompanied by a separate matching piano bench. Both pieces are crafted from sterling silver, featuring a hammered texture on the body and twisted rope-like borders. The hinged lid of the piano, its interior soundboard area, and the top of the bench are inlaid with translucent amber panels, displaying varying hues of orange and brown with inclusions. The piano keyboard includes individually rendered black and white keys, likely enamel or resin. The underside of the bench clearly displays “925” indicating sterling silver, along with other indistinct hallmarks.
