A 2002 United Kingdom Gold Proof Sovereign coin, issued to commemorate The Queen’s Golden Jubilee. The coin is presented in its original black velvet-lined Royal Mint display box and outer protective sleeve, accompanied by its Certificate of Authenticity (No. 0 4760). The coin is securely held within a clear plastic capsule. The obverse features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II with the inscription “ELIZABETH II DEI GRA REGINA FID DEF” and the year “2002”. The reverse displays the Royal Coat of Arms, also dated “2002”. The inner lid of the presentation box is marked “ROYAL MINT” alongside the Royal Coat of Arms.
