A collection of modern Royal Mail First Day Covers, each individually enclosed in clear plastic protective sleeves. The philatelic items feature diverse popular culture themes including Harry Potter, Aardman Classics (Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep), Marvel X-Men, Warhammer, DC Comics (Batman, Justice League), Transformers, Only Fools and Horses, Blackadder, Paddington, Peppa Pig, and Dennis & Gnasher. Each cover consists of an illustrated envelope, affixed commemorative stamps depicting British monarchs and themed imagery, and a special themed postmark (a “2018” date is visible on one Harry Potter cover), often accompanied by informational cards. All visible text, including descriptions and a recipient address for “Mrs Susan Lane” in West Yorkshire, is in English.
