A Vintage Large Sterling Silver Locket and 19-inch Sterling Chain, dated 1975, attributed to Birmingham with the maker’s mark ZJ. The necklace comprises a delicate chain with a spring-ring clasp and an oval pendant. The pendant features a detailed, engraved design on both sides; one side displays a central five-pointed star surrounded by elaborate scrolling foliage, while the reverse is fully adorned with similar dense floral and scroll work. Both faces are framed by a twisted rope border. Visible hallmarks on the pendant’s reverse include “ZJ” and “足950M,” indicating a high-purity silver composition. The overall engraving style suggests a Western or Southwestern aesthetic.
